Art is a matter of expressing yourself and recreating someone's work gives the drive to discover more about yourself.
Before I have my own piece, I started by copying other artist's work. I use to look for inspiration from Pinterest. Finding your own style in painting is a process that would take so much time to practice. I actually learn so much while I do art study. You should try to do it sometime!
